Quotations & Pricing

• All quotations are subject to product availability.
• Prices may vary based on order quantity, packaging requirements, and destination country.
• Final pricing will be confirmed in the Proforma Invoice.

Orders & Payment Terms

Orders are processed only after mutual agreement on pricing, quantity, payment terms, and delivery conditions. Payment terms will be clearly mentioned in the Proforma Invoice shared with the buyer.

Quality Assurance

We ensure that all products supplied meet agreed quality standards before dispatch. Any specific quality requirements must be communicated and confirmed in writing at the time of order finalization.

Export Documentation

We provide complete and accurate export documentation as required for international trade. The buyer is responsible for ensuring compliance with import regulations of the destination country.

Limitation of Liability

TradeNestExports shall not be held responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused due to customs clearance, port congestion, changes in import regulations, or circumstances beyond our control.
